REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

At 9to5 jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. All you have to do is raise a ticket from your 9to5 Jewels account or drop an email within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Refund Policy 

Return
1) Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2) Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at harsh@manyatacreations.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
3) Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4) Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5) COD orders will get refunds in their 9to5 Jewels account

Exchange Policy

Exchanges
1) Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
2) Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at harsh@manyatacreations.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and the item you wish to exchange it for.
3) Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship out the replacement.
